V&KMC INC ("we," "us," "our") operates a recruiting SMS program for individuals who apply to drive for us. When you submit our Driver Application at vkmc-inc.com/#apply and check the consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from V&KMC INC related to:
Consent is collected exclusively through the checkbox on our Driver Application webform — it is never pre-checked, and you must affirmatively check it and submit the form to opt in. We do not enroll phone numbers into this program by any other means (we do not add numbers from purchased lists, referrals, or any source other than your own direct submission).
Consent is not a condition of employment. You may complete and submit the Driver Application without checking the SMS consent box; doing so only means we will not text or call you about your application, and it has no bearing on your candidacy.
Message frequency varies based on your application status, available opportunities, and recruiter follow-up — typically no more than a few messages per week during active recruiting or onboarding, and none once your application is closed or you opt out.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. V&KMC INC does not charge for sending SMS messages.
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then cease sending further SMS to your number. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at vkmcinc@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Coverage and reliability may vary by carrier and location.
Your phone number is collected solely for the CDL recruiting communications described above.
No mobile information, SMS opt-in status, or consent will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose. We never sell, rent, or lease phone numbers. You must provide your own mobile phone number and be the authorized account holder or user of that number. Do not submit a number that belongs to someone else without their permission.
V&KMC INC may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
